SHIPMENT  WITH COURIER

For Greece, the products are sent by courier ACS, (or by another transport company of your choice, where you bear the costs), with immediate delivery from 1 to 3 working days. The minimum delivery charge is €3 for purchases of products costing up to €49.99.

For purchases of any products costing €50.00 and more, shipping in Greece is free of charge.

RETURNS

You have the right to return the products purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them. In this case, you will only be charged the direct cost of returning the products.

Please be advised that returns are accepted after:

1. You contact the company on 2461 026317 or info@valojewels.gr

2. The product is in perfect condition, has not been worn and its labels, warranties, company packaging and everything else that comes with it have not been removed or damaged.

3. For returns, the return of the retail receipt is required. In case of payment by credit card, the transaction is cancelled, and the credit card is informed accordingly (within 7 days), otherwise, the money is returned to the bank account, where required: Name of the beneficiary and IBAN account.

4. The refunds are made within 15 days from the receipt and control of the product, by our company, after consultation, to the bank account that you indicate.

 We are not responsible for the return or replacement of products due to damage that may occur from normal wear and tear, misuse and destruction.

 As valojewels.gr we follow the warranty policy according to the warranty terms of the official agency of each company.

ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT – REQUIRED ACTIONS UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER!

Upon receipt, a thorough check of the condition of the product and its packaging should be carried out in order to identify any problem that may have arisen during transport. In case you detect any issue in the packaging, please do not proceed with the receipt of the product, but contact us immediately. If you find an issue immediately after receipt, this should be reported immediately to the carrier. Immediately afterwards, please contact us by informing us of the relevant declaration you made to the carrier.
